摘要
对B油井套管通过宏观观察和电镜扫描分析,借助于自制电解平面加工仪进行残余应力测试,分析了引起油井套管开裂的原因和裂纹形成的机理。结果表明,介质腐蚀和内应力共同作用导致套管失效破裂,并对其形成机理进行了讨论。
The causes of the cracking failure and crack development mechanisms of oil well conduit are analyzed through macro observation and SEM analysis as well as residue stress testing. It is found out that the cracking failure is the result of effect of both media corrosion and internal stress corrosion.
