摘要
目的 :通过观察东北雷公藤对肾炎大鼠尿蛋白及血中 TGF-β1 、 MMP- 2和 MMP- 9的影响 ,研究其在肾炎大鼠中的作用。方法 :用 EL ISA方法检测大鼠血清中 MMP- 2、 MMP- 9和 TGF-β1 。结果 :经东北雷公藤治疗后肾炎大鼠尿蛋白 [(170 .38± 32 .6 2 ) m g/ 2 4 h]明显低于治疗前 [(32 7.38± 4 8.6 7) mg/ 2 4 h,P<0 .0 1];血清 TGF-β1 水平模型对照组为 (2 87.6 0± 4 3.37) ng· L- 1 ,模型治疗组为 (2 10 .6 7± 39.36 ) ng· L- 1 ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清中 MMP- 2模型对照组为 (2 4 0 .6 3± 38.34) μg· L- 1 ,模型治疗组为 (382 .2 6±4 0 .38) μg· L- 1 ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;MMP- 9模型治疗组高于模型对照组 ,但差异无显著性(P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :东北雷公藤可能具有延缓肾炎大鼠肾小球硬化的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Tripterium Regelii on urine protein and serum MMP-2, MMP9, and TGF-β 1 in nephritic rats.Methods The levels of serum MMP-2, MMP-9,and TGF-β 1 were detected by ELISA. Results The level of urine protein (mg/24 h) in nephritic rats treated with Tripterium Regelii was significantly decreased(pre-treatment: 327.38±48.67;post-treatment:170.38±32.62,P<0.01). The level of serum TGF-β 1 (ng·L -1) was remarkably decreased too (model control: 287.60±43.37;model treatment: 210.67±39.36,P<0.05);the serum level of MMP-2 (μg·L -1) was increased (model control: 240.63±38.34; model treatment:382.26±40.38,P<0.01);the serum level of MMP-9 had a tendency to increase, but no significant difference was found (P>0.05). Conclusion Tripterium Regelii may have the effect of postponing glomerulosclerosis in rats.
