摘要
针对弹用喷气发动机数控系统的需求, 设计了一种步进电机驱动燃油计量阀门的燃油计量装置。论文详细介绍了该装置中燃油计量阀门的工作原理、结构特点与计量型面设计。试验结果表明: 燃油计量阀门阻力矩小、重量轻, 流量特性基本满足设计要求; 燃油计量装置可用于弹用喷气发动机全权限数字电子控制系统。
According to the missile turbojet control system request,a kind of fuel metering appartus was designed.As main component of the apparatus,the metering valve,especialy it’s structure and conics mandril were introduced in detail.Experimemtal result shows that the metering valve has small weight and low resistant moment ,and can meet the required flow characteristic.Driven by step motor,the metering valve can be used as fuel actuator in missile turbojet FADEC(Full Autrority Digital Electronic Control)system.
