摘要
本文对开关阀和带制动气缸组成的位置控制系统建立数学模型, 提出了一种快速模型预测控制的算法来研究气动位置伺服系统的闭环Bang-Bang实时控制, 通过仿真验证了该算法具有良好的动态特性和鲁棒性。
Based on the mathematical model of the pneumatic position control system,which is composed of the cylinder with a built-in brake and the solenoid valve,a method using Fast Model Predictive Control was proposed,and it was applied to research the close-loop Bang-Bang control of pneumatic system.Simulation demonstrates the good dynamic characteristic and robustness of the method.
