脂质体鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂的制备及其体外生物黏附性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 : 制备 11.3%脂质体鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂并对膜剂的体外生物黏附性进行测定。方法 :根据笔者前期正交实验结果制备 11.3%脂质体鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂 ,采用自制的体外生物黏附装置分别测定 11.3%脂质体鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂、2 5 .9%鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂和 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素卡波姆凝胶与兔子宫颈的体外生物黏附力 ,并将测定结果进行比较分析。结果 :  11.3%脂质体鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂与兔子宫颈的生物黏附性明显高于 2 5 .9%鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂和 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素卡波姆凝胶的体外生物黏附性 ,三者的体外生物黏附力检测结果分别为 19.1g 0 .5cm2 、16 .6g 0 .5cm2 、14 .0g 0 .5cm2 。结论 : 11.3%脂质体鬼臼毒素壳聚糖膜剂制备简单 ,体外生物黏附性良好 。 Objective: To prepare 11.3% liposome podophyllotoxin chitosan film and to determinate its bioadhesiveness in vitro.Methods: 11.3% liposome podophyllotoxin chitosan film was prepared according to the results of the orthogonal design. Bioadhesiveness to rabbits' cervix of 11.3% liposome podophyllotoxin chitosan film, 25.9% podophllotoxin chitosan film and 0.5% podophyllotoxin carbomer gel was measured in vitro and analyzed. Results: The bioadhesiveness of 11.3% liposome podophyllotoxin chitosan film was significantly higher than that of 25.9% podophyllotoxin chitosan film and 0.5% podophyllotoxin carbomer gel. The values of bioadhesiveness of the three preparations were 19.1g/0.5 cm 2, 16.6 g/0.5 cm 2 and 14.0 g/0.5cm 2 respectively. Conclusion: The preparation method of 11.3% liposome podophyllotoxin chitosan film is simple and a good bioadhesiveness in vitro has been proved, indicating its potential use in the treatment of cervical infection of HPV in women.
