摘要
对Cr1 2MoV冷作模具钢表面进行了单一处理 (PVDTi/TiN)和双重处理 (低温等离子氮化 +PVDTi/TiN) ,通过显微硬度、划痕和磨损试验综合分析了这两种不同处理涂层的摩擦学性能。而且 ,对PVDTi/TiN涂覆的“控制臂翻边凸模”进行应用试验。研究结果和应用试验表明 :较单一处理 ,双重处理改善了涂层与基体界面的结合 ,显著提高了Cr1 2MoV钢的表面承载能力和耐磨性 ,PVDTi/TiN涂覆的“控制臂翻边凸模”寿命提高了 2倍多。
The single treatment of PVD Ti/TiN coating and the duplex treatment of low temperature plasma nitriding followed by PVD Ti/TiN coating were employed for Cr12MoV cold working die steel. The tribological properties of single and the duplex treated layers were characterized by micro hardness, scratch and wear test data. Also, practical tests of the cold punching die coated Ti/TiN by PVD were carried out. The experimental results showed that the PVD Ti/TiN coating significantly enhanced the surface load bearing capacity and the wear resistance of the Cr12MoV steel, especially, for the duplex treatment (LTPN+PVD Ti/TiN) the service life of the cold punching dies increased by more than 2 times owing to improving of the bonding force between the coating and the substrate.
