摘要
根据热轧工作辊的热力学方程及边界条件 ,用有限差分法计算其温度场 ,用影响函数法计算其弹性变形 ,建立了工作辊温度场和热凸度的数学模型 ,并进行了实验验证。研究了工作辊热辊型动态形成机理 ,并将热变形与弹性变形进行了叠加 ,求出最终辊型曲线。
Based on the thermodynamic equation and the boundary conditions of hot working rolls, the Finite Difference Method (FDM) was used to calculate its temperature, and the influence function method was used to calculate its elastic deformation in order to build the mathematical model of the temperature field and the thermal convexity of working rolls. The experimental result showed its reliability. The dynamic forming process mechanism of the thermal profile of working rolls was studied, the elastic deformation and the thermal deformation was iterated to obtain the finally profile of the working roll.
