摘要
分析了脉动流化床干燥试验台中的关键部件——脉动气流发生器的工作原理及设计要求。对产生脉动气流的两类机构进行了运动分析 ,确定了脉动流化床干燥试验台中应采用的机构。通过试验验证了设计结果的可行性。
The design of impulse airflow generator is very important in pulsofluidized bed dryer. The work that the impulse airflow generator should be achieved is to create reliable, multi-frequency pulsating air. Based on the performance requirements of the impulse generator, the crank-rocker mechanism was selected to generate the pulsating air, which had the characteristic of simple construction, convenient manufacturing and easy adjustment. Kinematic analysis of the mechanism showed that airflow rate in the dryer changes intensely with the angle of rotary valve, this can intensify the effect of the pulsation and can improve the availability of the heat transfer and the efficiency of the dryer.
