摘要
提出了用稀土合金CeCl3对纯铜渗铝进行催渗,研究了工艺参数对渗层厚度和质量的影响;采用工业N2中的余氧作为内氧化介质对纯铜渗铝后的试样进行内氧化,研究了内氧化层的硬度分布,显微组织及有关性能。实验表明:用CeCl3催渗的纯铜渗铝试样渗层厚度远高于同等工艺参数下未催渗的纯铜渗铝试样;内氧化后,能在渗铝层形成Al2O3弥散硬化层。
An aluminizing technique with RE CeCl_3 on pure copper was presented.The influences of technologic parameters on aluminizing layer thickness and quality were studied. The rest of oxygen in the nitrogen-based aura was used as the media of the internal oxidation treatment.The hardness,microstructure and other properties of the layer of internal oxidation were studied also.The results show that it has deeper aluminizing layer using RE CeCl_3 than unusing at the same technologic parameters.It is possible to generate Al_2O_3 dispersed hardening layer in the aluminized layer.
