摘要
视网膜色素变性是一种具有遗传性的致盲性眼病。在视网膜色素变性治疗方面已进行了多方面的研究,如视网膜细胞移植、促细胞生成因子治疗和基因治疗等。对此有关的实验研究综述如下。
The retinitis pigmentosa(RP)is an hereditary disease which causes visual deficiency leading to blindness.Many research and experimental studies had been carried out by western medical researchers.The research are mainly on retinal transplants,retinal cell culture and gene therapy.The recent research on retinitis pigmentosa by westem medical researchers is summarized in this article.
