摘要
用EBT+LF+VD工艺冶炼和连铸工艺生产的GCr15钢在氢含量[H]<2.5×10-6时出现白点,其中小的断续裂纹出现在钢材中心疏松区,裂纹最长为2mm,数目少于 10 条,是连铸连轧钢材特有的缺陷。采用扫描电镜观察了淬火试样的断口氢脆特征,其形态为沿晶状。
Flakes, appear as short and discontinuities, which are usually located in the center unsoundness zone of GCr15 bearing steel produced by EBT, LF, VD technology and continuous casting technology at the condition of hydrogen content [H]<2.5×10^(-6). The crack length L_(max) is 2mm and the crack number N<10, were proved by macroetch and microscopically testing methods. The flakes are only located in the continuously cast product. By SEM analysis, the cracks morphology of quench sample are shown as intergranular fracture.
