摘要
执行力无论对一个企业或是一所医院,都是获得良好效益的保障,执行力不仅是对政策制度、规定、指令等的执行能力,还有对思想、理念、文化等意识的执行能力,即一种综合执行的力量。无论是一个好的理念,一个好的文化构架,还是一个科学的绩效评估系统,如果得不到执行,就只能永远停留在纸上,执行力犹如太极运动,需要刚柔相济,有时是急风骤雨,有时是风和日丽,但最重要的是,执行力一旦由被动到主动,就是一个成功的范例。
Executive power is the basic guarantee for rich benefit either for a hospital or a business. Executive power does not only refer to that for policies, regulations, orders and instructions, but also for ideas, concepts and culture, i.e. a comprehensive executive power. Without executive power any idea or culture frame, or a scientific performance- result assessment mechanism will only remain on paper for never. Executive power must be carried out properly. However once it becomes active from positive environment it is successful for carrying out the executive power.
