摘要
在当前深化医院运行机制改革的新形势下 ,如何提高医疗服务质量是摆在医院管理者面前的一个重要课题。笔者对深圳市福田区 4所医院进行了调查 ,结果显示 :良好的服务态度和技术质量占相对优势 ,医院服务环境和“人才意识”还有待改进。在此基础上 ,提出了今后医疗服务质量管理的发展趋势以及应对措施。
In the current situation of the reformation of strengthening hospital development, it is an important problem for hospital governors that how to improve the medical quality. Four hospitals were investigated in Futian area of Shenzhen, the results of the study show that the favorable service attitudes and the quality of skill are relative predominance of the hospitals, but it should be improved for the hospital service environment and the consciousness of talents. Based on these findings, the development tendency and the steps in management of medical service quality in the future are discussed.
