分析了物资采购过程中各种风险产生的原因,以及如何在具体经济活动中通过有效的预防手段,尽量避免这些风险,加强合同管理,提高物资采购风险防范意识,降低企业成本,使企业效益最大化。
The paper analyzes the causes of risks emerging in material procurement process and how to avoid these risks through effective prevention in specific economic activities:strengthening contract management,better awareness of risk prevention in material procurement in order to reduce costs and to maximize benefit of the business.
