摘要
目的 了解丙戊酸钠(VPA)对癫痫患儿体重、瘦素及部分内分泌激素的影响。方法选择准备单 独服用VPA治疗的癫痫患儿24例,分别于治疗前、治疗后3、6个月观察体重、体重指数(BMI)、相对体重指数 (RWI)、血清瘦素、胰岛素(INS)、血糖(Glu)的变化。结果VPA治疗3个月时在体重、BMI、RWI、瘦素、INS均 较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),而Glu则较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,其各项指标的变化基本同 治疗3个月时。结论VPA确有导致癫痫患儿肥胖的作用,且多在服用VPA3个月内发生;VPA所致的肥胖与 单纯性肥胖相似,但又不完全相同。
Objective To study the effects of VPA on Weight, Leptin, endocrine of epilepsy children. Methods 24 cases of epilepsy children treated with VPA and changes of their weight,BMI,RWI,Leptin,INS, Glu of different period were observed. Results The weight,BMI,RWI,Leptin,INS,rised significantly 3 months later(P<0. 05) ,while the concentration of Glu decreased significantly (P<0. 05). Conclusions VPA can cause obesity in the children with epilepsy,and most of the cases occurred in the first 3 months after VPA being prescribed, but the mechanism was different from simple obesity.
