摘要
针对精密离心机动态失准角测量中存在的问题,提出以双轴光电自准直仪为核心测量仪器的失准角测量方法,在测量系统中采用真空光路屏蔽技术,减少了由于测量环境空气扰动带来的误差。对组成测量系统的各环节进行了误差分析与设计,理论分析与实验表明系统测量不确定度可达到0 2″。
In the light of the problems in dynamic misalignment angle detection of the centrifuge, the misalignment angle measurement is presented. The main instrument is a dual-axis autocollimator. In the system, the vacuum optical path is used to shield the airflow to reduce the error due to air disturbance. The main links of the system are designed carefully and the errors are analyzed. Analysis and experiment show that the system uncertainty can be controlled within 0.2 double prime .
