摘要
研究了T91钢3种表面状态试样,即T91钢原始表面(基材)、表面进行喷丸处理和表面先喷丸处理后再沉积CeO2膜,在650℃含SO2混合气体中的高温腐蚀行为。给出腐蚀增重与时间关系的动力学曲线,并探讨了腐蚀机理,同时分析了两种表面处理工艺对T91钢抗含SO2混合气体的高温腐蚀性能的影响。
The high temperature corrosion behavior of T91samples with three kinds of surface condition at 650 ℃ in gas mixture of SO2 were studied, namely the original surface of T91, the T91surface treated by shot blasting and the T91 surface with the CeO2 film deposited after shot blasting treatment. The curve of corrosion rate and time was given and the corrosion mechanism was discussed. The effect of the two kinds of surface treatment techniques on the high temperature corrosion resistant performance of the T91 in SO2 gas mixture was analyzed.
