摘要
从创造素质教育环境条件和培养全面发展人才的需要看,“课堂是实施素质教育的主渠道”这一观点是难以成立的。实施素质教育的渠道应该而且必须是三个,即社会、学校和家庭。而课堂既不能成为实施素质教育的主渠道,也不能替代学校而与社会、家庭并列为三渠道。在当前学校和课堂被不切实际地赋予了各种难以承担的教育责任的情况下,就需要更多地引导人们去认识社会和家庭对于教育应该负有的责任。
Seeing from the needs for creating environmental conditions for quality education and developing all-round students, the viewpoint that “Classroom is the main channel to implement quality education ' is untenable. Channels of carrying out all-round education should and must be many-sided, including society, school and family. Classroom isn't the main way to carry out quality education. It also cannot replace school to be one of the three main channels. At present, school and classroom are entrusted to various impracticable educational duties which are unbearable to them. On this condition, it's very necessary to guide people to recognize the responsibilities that society and family have towards education.
