摘要
为了满足在地下小直径钻孔内进行工具面向角的测试要求,自行研制了一种体积小、性价比高的面向角传感器。该传感器采用重力滚动滑块与光电效应结合的方法,实现了钻具面角的随钻检测,显著地缩小了传感器的体积,解决了小尺寸结构件难以加工较多孔眼的技术难点。实际测试效果表明:该传感器能满足随钻条件下的工具面向角的测试。
In order to meet the testing requirement of the face angle in the minor diameter borehole,a sort of face angle sensor with small volume and high performace/price ratio is invented.Applying the combination of gravitational roller sliding block and photoelectric effect,the face angle sensor can measure the face angle while drilling.It decreases the dimension of the sensor evidently and solves the technical problem of minor framework processing.The testing result indicates the sensor can meet the requirement of face angle testing while drilling.
