摘要
研究了水解乳蛋白 (LH) ,蔗糖 ,BA ,NAA和IBA等物质对四倍体刺槐嫩梢增殖倍数、嫩梢长度以及根诱导的影响。结果表明 ,增殖时的适宜BA浓度为 0 . 5mg/L ,NAA浓度为 0 .0 5mg/L ,蔗糖浓度为 30 g/L ,增加LH有利于提高增殖倍数。根诱导用NAA为好 ,适宜的浓度为 0 . 5～ 1. 0mg/L。
The effect of LH,sucrose,BA,NNA,and IBA on callus induction of tetraploid Locust was studied,such as the induction of roots,the proliferation rates and length of young shoots.The results showed that the best concentration of BA,NAA and sucrose were 0 5?mg/L,0 05?mg/L and 30?g/L,respectively.The higher concentration of LH was helpful to improve the proliferation rate.NAA were better for the induction of boots,the best concentration were 0 5～1 0?mg/L.
