摘要
吸收优秀青年学生入党,引导他们成才报国,积极投身中国社会主义现代化建设,是高校党委贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想、始终保持党的先进性的需要和历史使命。要加强和改进高校学生党员发展工作必须明确其意义,确立相应的工作目标和指导思想,创新方法,拓展途径。
Excellent youth students should be encouraged to join the Party,grow up to be useful for their courtry,actively devote themselves to socialistic modern construction.It is necessity and historic mission that college Party committee carry out the important idea of “Three Representatives” and essentially maintain the advantage of Communist Party.College development in the aspect of strengthening and improving student Party members should clearly define significance itself to respectively establish work aim and guide line,to create ways and expand means.
