摘要
网络经济或数值经济的高效率、高增值、高智力等特征 ,使信息化时代产业结构的升级表现出新的特点。本文首先对信息技术融合推动产业升级的过程进行了分析 ,然后根据信息技术融合的特性 ,对信息技术融合推动产业升级的动因作出了适当的解释 ,并在此基础上提出以信息技术融合促进产业升级的政策建议。
In information era,Because of the characteristic of information industry such as highefficiency,high-increase and high-intelligence,upgrading of industrial structure must behave the new characteristic. At first,this article analyses the course of technological convergence of information promoting industrial upgrading.Secondly,Basis on the characteristic of technological convergence of information,this article makes an explaining on the cause about technological convergence of information promoting industrial upgrading. At last,it puts forward the political advice about technological convergence of information promoting Industrial Upgrading.
