永磁偏置径向-轴向磁轴承控制系统设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 本文在介绍永磁偏置径向-轴向混合磁轴承结构及悬浮力产生原理基础上,阐述了3自由度混合磁轴承控制系统工作原理。讨论了以定点数字信号处理器TMS320F240为核心的数字控制系统硬件构成及软件设计,并对磁轴承控制系统进行了仿真和实验研究。研究表明:以TMS320F240为核心的数字控制系统能够满足磁轴承控制系统的要求。 Based on configuration and producing magnetic suspension forces of permanent magnet biased radial-axial hybrid magnetic bearing (HMB), the principle of control system on 3 degrees of freedom is expounded. The hardware of a digital control system based on a fixed-point digital signal processor TMS320F240, as well as software, is discussed. The control system of HMB is also simulated and tested. The research shows that the digital control system based on TMS320F240 can meet the requirements of magnetic bearing system.
