摘要
数千年来形成的以“孝”为中心的父子之道,精华与糟粕并存,对国人的家庭生活和社会生活产生了深 远的影响。传统父子之道在当今社会遇到了很大的挑战,代沟问题及代际冲突对家庭及其道德建设造成了不小的 冲击。现代新型家庭代际伦理的建构,必须在弘扬传统父道、子道优秀内涵的基础上,注重人格平等、提倡民主沟 通。与时代发展相适应,加强新型家庭代际伦理观的培育和弘扬,认真研究家庭代际主体在认识问题和思维方式 上的差异,营造代际间良好的伦理氛围,父辈和子辈都要不断提高自身素质修养等,是当前家庭代际伦理建设必须 着重抓好的几个重点。
Traditional father and son’s relationship which take “filial piety” as the center has been formed for thousands of years, in which quintessence and dross coexist, has a far-reaching impact on people’s family life and social life. Traditional father and son’s relationship met the great challenge in nowadays society, the problem of generation gap and the generation border conflict have caused great impact on the family’s moral construction. The construction of modern new-type generation border’s ethics in family must pay attention to personality equally, recommend democracy to communicate on the basis of developing the excellent connotation of traditional father and son’s relationship. so several focal points which should be done emphatically in the construction of contemporary new-type generation border’s ethics are:adapting to the development of times and social progress in order to strengthen the cultivation and development of new-type generation border’s ethics, studying conscientiously the difference of people which are in the relationship of generation border in realizing the question and the mode of thinking, building good family ethics atmosphere in generation border, improving their own quality of former generation and offspring constantly.
