摘要
房地产投资与国民经济之间的相互关系一直是学者们讨论的热点问题。本文在详细回顾国内学者相关研究的基础上,研究了东、中、西部房地产投资、住宅投资和GDP之间的区域差异关系,对我国政府制定相关房地产投资政策以及平衡发展东、中、西部地区经济有着重要的意义。
The interaction betwwen real estate investment and GDP is a hot problem which has been discussed by scholars. Based on the relevant literatures' review, the paper studies the regional differentiation relationship between Eastern, Middle, Western real estate investment, housing investment and GDP.These results are very important to our government making up relevant real estate investment policies and balancing Western, Middle, and Eastern region economy development.
