摘要
运用新制度经济学的产权经济理论和契约理论 ,从农产品特殊的物品属性入手 ,指出农产品优质优价难以实现的根本障碍在于其特殊的物品属性所引发的信息不对称 ,并由此导致了农产品“柠檬市场”的形成。认为 :在交易中 ,由于农产品特殊物品属性的界定成本高昂以至许多属性被置于“公共领域”而形成了剩余权力 ,如何对剩余权进行分配以克服信息不对称 ,正是所要解决的问题。而运用一系列契约联结形式 (即流通组织 )构成剩余权利的分配机制 ,是解决问题的方式。
This article applies the theories of property rights and contract of the new ins titutional economics to analyze the relationship between quality and prices of a gricultural products. Starting with the special properties of agricultural produ cts, the article points out that it is the 'asymmetric information' that fundame ntally leads to divergent relationship between the quality and prices of agricul tural products, which attributes to the special properties of agricultural produ cts and result in the 'lemon market' of agricultural products. With the costly i dentification of the special properties of agricultural products, many propertie s remain in public domains in the transactions, forming the surplus rights. How to distribute these surplus rights to overcome 'asymmetric information' is the p roblem to be solved. And the approach is to establish a distribution mechanism o f surplus rights by a series of contract combinations; that is, marketing instit utions. Finally, in views of present marketing institutions in China, the articl e analyzes the problems of which result in incompatibility of qualities with cor responding prices of agricultural products.
