摘要
本文采用了一套先进的实验装置来测定用相转换法制备非对称膜的凝胶速度,得到了和Strathmann等人不同的结果。实验结果及理论分析表明,凝胶动力学过程不能简单地用一个Fick扩散定律来描述。本文提出可以用凝胶速度常数K来表征凝胶速度和生成的膜结构。
In the study of gelation kinetics of asymmetric membrane formation via phase inversion, Strathmann et al.agreed that the gelation kinetics follow Fick diffusion behavior.However, different experimental results were showed in the present paper.The experimental method was improved and the gelation kinetics were correlated with membrane formation mechanism.It was found that the relation between X^2(the square of the thickness of the precipitated polymer layer) and t (the gelation time) is not linear, and the gelation rate curves can be broken into several gelation rate processes of rate constants K_i depending on the membrane layer structure.The gelation rate constant K is an important parameter in characterizing gelation rate and membrane structure.
