摘要
产业结构优化升级是经济发展的必然趋势。财政政策在产业结构优化升级过程中具有独特的作用和地位,在积极财政政策作用下,我国产业结构优化升级取得了明显的效果。在今后的发展中,我国应该继续加大财政对产业结构调整的力度,提高财政政策实现国家产业政策的能力,促进产业结构不断优化升级。
Industrial structure optimization and upgrading is the inexorable trend of economic development. The financial policy has unique function and position in the course of industrial structure optimization and upgrading. The positive financial policy function has made the obvious result in industrial structure optimization and upgrading of our country. In the development in the future, our country should continue strengthening the dynamics to industrial structure adjustment of the finance, improve the ability that the financial policy realizes the national industrial policy, and promote the constant optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.
