摘要
目的:探讨化疗前食管癌组织中ERCC1mRNA水平对CDDP/5- FU化疗疗效的预测价值。方法:采用半定量RT PCR检测 20例初治食管癌患者化疗前癌组织中ERCC1mRNA水平。患者接受 2周期CDDP/5- FU化疗后,分析化疗疗效与化疗前ERCC1mRNA水平的关系。结果:化疗前癌组织中ERCC1mRNA水平中位值 0. 956。11例化疗有效的ERCC1mRNA水平均值为 0. 799, 9例化疗无效者为 1. 147,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05),化疗前食管癌组织中ERCC1mRNA水平与化疗疗效呈负相关(rs=-0. 515, P=0. 02)。ERCC1mRNA高、低水平组患者的年龄、性别、病理类型、分化程度、TNM分期及化疗疗效间差异均无统计学意义 (P>0. 05)。结论:化疗前食管癌组织中ERCC1mRNA水平对CDDP/5 Fu化疗疗效的预测价值,值得扩大样本进一步研究。
Aim: To evaluate the predictive value of detecting ERCC1 mRNA in esophageal cancer tissue on chemotherapy efficacy .Methods: Twenty patients with esophageal cancer who had not received any treatment before accepted two cycles chemothereapy of cisplatin and fluorouracil combination. ERCC1 mRNA level in esophageal tumor tissue was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR before chemotherapy.The relationship between chemotherapy efficacy and ERCC1 mRNA level in esophageal cancer tissue before chemotherapy was analyzed.Results: The median ERCC1 mRNA level was 0.956(ranging from 0.37 to 1.61). The mean ERCC1 mRNA level of 11 responding patients was 0.799, whereas that of non-responding patients was 1.147(P<0.05).The ERCC1 mRNA level was negatively correlated with chemotherapy efficacy( r s=-0.515, P=0.02).Conclusion: The predictive value of detecting ERCC1 mRNA level in esophageal cancer on chemotherapy efficacy before chemotherapy is valuable to further study.
