摘要
笔者报道45例肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄施行离断性肾盂成形术的护理。认为术前做好充分的心理护理和特殊器械准备,术后严密观察生命体征变化,记录24h尿量,加强术后再狭窄、尿路感染、膀胱刺激征和肉眼血尿等并发症的观察和护理,做好出院指导是手术成功的重要保证。
In this paper, the author reported the experience in caring 45 patients with stricture of pyeloureteric junction undergoing separate nephrapyeloplast, holding such nursing measures as preoperative mental care and preparation of special instruments, postoperative close observation of vital signs, records of 24 h urinary volume, enhanced observation and nursing care of complications like re-stricture, urinary infection, bladder excitation and hematuria under naked eye and pre-discharge instructions, all were promising to the operative success.
