摘要
从完善《手术室规章制度》到创办《手术室护理简讯》、“医师喜好卡”、《手术室护士作品集》及设计应用《术前访视单》等工作,体现手术室人文关怀氛围。通过确立护理理念,使护理文化潜移默化地影响着手术室护理工作者的工作目标和专业信念,以出色的工作弘扬护理文化精神。经过互为因果的良性循环,使护理工作质量明显提高。
This article introduced the practice of construction of nursing culture based on the conception of humanism in operating room.From modifying《the regulations and systems in operating room》 to establishing《nursing newspaper in operating room》、“surgeon’s preference card”、《collection of operating room nurses’ productions》 and designing 《visit patient sheet before operation》,all of the above works embodied the atmosphere of humanity in operating room.Since we set up the philosophy of nursing,the culture of nursing has positive effects on the operating room nurses’ working objectives and professional faith and has been carried forward in nurses’ excellent performance,which facilitated the improvement of quality of nursing obviously.
