摘要 介绍了三相高功率因数整流器的几种主要拓扑——三相单开关功率因数校正电路、三相 /三开关 /三电平 PWM(VIENNA)整流器、三相全桥功率因数校正电路等 ,特别地关注三相 /三开关 /三电平 PWM(VIEN-NA)整流器 ,并对每种拓扑的特性、优点及其不足进行了分析 ,通过比较研究指出了三相 PF C的发展趋势。 This paper review some topologies used recently, mainly including three-phase single-switch rectifier, three-phase/switch/level PWM (VIENNA) rectifier and three-phase full-bridge rectifier. The paper pays more attention to VIENNA rectifier. It also gives characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of every topology. By comparing VIENNA rectifier with three-phase full-bridge rectifier the paper points out the development tendency of three-phase high power-factor rectifier.
