摘要
本文采用MPEG4视频压缩技术 ,对医院各种检查及手术过程的视频进行实时编码压缩 ,实时数码传输 ,然后通过流媒体技术 ,实现了数码视频在医院局域网上的直播或点播。该系统可以有效地缓解医院网络通信带宽瓶颈问题 ,节约存储空间 ,并在实现医学视频数字化综合馆理的基础上 ,大大提高了医院科、教、研工作水平。
This paper introduces MPEG4video compression technology to be used to code and compress and digitally transmit the medical video captured during physical examination and operation in real time,and to realize the living broadcast or order broadcast of the digital video based on LAN communication of the hospital by means of the streaming media technology.The system developed by this technology can effectively ease up the bottleneck situation of the LAN communication bandwidth and save the storage space,and promote scientific research and education after realizing digital medical video integrated service.
