双脱水二乙酰卫矛醇对人肝癌细胞生长影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨双脱水二乙酰卫矛醇 (1,2 :5 ,6 Dianhydro 3,4 diacetylgalactitol,DADAG)对肝癌细胞生长的影响。 方法 在培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC 772 1中 ,加入DADAG分别作用 1、2、3、4d ,用MTT法检测细胞生长情况。结果 加入浓度为16 .7μg/ml的DADAG作用肝癌细胞 1、2、3、4d后 ,肝癌细胞的生长抑制率分别为 2 3.8%、35 .7%、33.1%和 5 0 .8%。镜下可见细胞形态变圆、固缩等现象。表明细胞生长受到抑制。 Objective To investigate the effect of 1,2:5,6-Dianhydro-3,4-diacetylgalactitol(DADAG)on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The HCC cell line SMMC-7721 was exposed to DADAG for 1, 2, 3 and 4 days. The cellular growth was determined by MTT analysis.Results After HCC cells being exposed to 16.7μg/ml DADAG for 1, 2, 3 and 4 days, the cell growth inhibitory rates were 23.8%,35.7%,33.1%,50.8%, respectively. The round figure and pyknosis of cells were observed on microscope. The results revealed that DADAG could inhibit the growth of HCC cells.Conclusion DADAG has dramatical inhibitory effect of growth on HCC in vitro.
