摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取法提取肉桂的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行分析和鉴定,共分离出60个成分,鉴定了53个。结果表明不同树龄肉桂中挥发油的化学成分种类和含量均有明显的差别。
The essential oils from Cinnamomum cassia Presl. in different growth years are extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), and the chemical constituents of the essential oils are separated and identified by GC_MS. 60 Peaks are separated and 53 of them are identified. The results showed there are significant difference among the components and contents of essential oil of Cinnamomum cassia Presl. in different growth years.
