摘要
20世纪90年代以来,许多企业开始实施企业资源计划系统ERP,并投入了大量资源,但研究表明ERP项目实施的失败率非常高,尤其在我国国有企业失败率高达70%。究其原因,管理思想的转变、高层领导的支持和参与、建立项目监管制度、业务流程重组、数据的准确性和教育与训练是影响我国企业成功实施的关键因素,并通过案例探讨了企业实施ERP应注意的问题。
Since early the 1990s, many firms in China have shifted their information technology strategy from developing information system in - house to enterprise resource planning (ERP). ERP can provide significant improvement in efficiency across a company. However, ERP project reports an unusually high failure rate, sometimes even jeopardizing the core operation of the implementtation organization. This paper explores the root of such high failure rate from some perspectives and reveals the intricacies during the planning and implementation stages that may occur to any Chinese company. The paper also generalizes the experiences of ERP implementation by sampling food corporation. It then offers the suggestions in resolving the issues of implementing ERP.
