摘要 系统介绍了无侵入钻井完井液、正电胶钻井完井液、硅酸盐钻井完井液、聚合醇钻井完井液、甲酸盐钻井完井液、葡萄糖甙钻井完井液、油基及合成基钻井完井液等保护油气层及保护环境钻井完井液(双保钻井完井液)的现状及发展趋势。双保钻井完井液推广应用的关键因素首先是所用的处理剂须与储层的岩石和储层流体配伍、无毒且可生物降解,同时成本较低;其次是应用新工艺、新材料,例如原材料以天然改性的化合物产生,或采用纳米级新型原材料。 This paper systematically introduces the current status and future development trends of various completion fluids being both oil/gas reservoir protection and environmental control, non-invasion drilling and completion fluids, mixed metal hydroxide drilling and completion fluids, silicate based drilling and completion fluids, polyethylene glycol drilling and completion fluids, methyl glucoside drilling and completion fluids, oil-based and synthetic drilling and completion fluids. The wide applications of these drilling and completion fluids being both oil/gas reservoir protection and environmental control rely not only on the matching of these fluids, nontoxic and biodegradable, with oil/gas reservoir rocks and fluids, but also on the low cost and availability of these fluids. In addition, the developments of these fluids would be technically feasible and creative.
