唾液幽门螺杆菌致病菌型的PCR检测分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :通过检测唾液中幽门螺杆菌 (HelicobacterpyloriHp)的细菌菌型 ,了解唾液Hp的不同致病菌型及其与胃内Hp菌型的同源性。方法 :采用分子生物学PCR法 ,用胃内Hp的 4种致病菌菌型的特异性引物来检测唾液Hp的致病菌型。 结果 :4 0个唾液Hp阳性样本中 ,感染cagA基因的致病菌阳性率为 6 5 % ;感染含vacAm1基因的致病菌的阳性率为 6 7.5 % ;感染含vacAm2基因的致病菌的阳性率为 5 5 % ;感染含vacAs1基因的致病菌的阳性率为 6 5 %。结论 :唾液Hp与胃内Hp的致病菌型存在相关性 ,唾液Hp与胃内Hp的感染存在一定的病因学联系。 Objective: To investigate the relationship of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) between in the saliva and stomach.Methods: Four kinds of genotypes of Hp in saliva were distinguished by PCR directly with the four pairs of primers designed according to the gastric Hp. Results: Of all the selected samples, the positive infection rates of the four genotypes (cagA,vacAm1,vacAm2,vacAs1 ) were 65%, 67.5%, 55% and 65% respectively, and the differences between them were not significant. Conclusion: Hp in saliva may be related to Hp in stomach, and it suggests that should be paid attention to when eradicating the Hp infection in stomach.
