摘要
当Peclet数或Courant数较大时,用常规的数值方法求解对流-弥散方程极易产生数值弥散及过量现象。本文引入一种新的浓度变换函数,采用交替方向有限单元法(ADG),根据不同的Courant数多次交替求解,结果表明,这种改进的ADG法(IADG)较一般的数值方法来说,其数值弥散及过量现象得到了较有效的控制,因而其适用范围也大大增加。
The conventional Alternating Direction Galerkin Finite Element Method (ADG) will be subject to some artificial dispersion and overshooting, if the Peclet or Courant numbers are large. In this paper, a new shifting density function is introduced, so the ADG method can be used to solve advection-dispersion equation by alternating directions several times according to the Courant number. Results calculated by the Improved Alternating Direction Galerkin Finite Element Method (IADG) show that the method is efficient in controlling the numerical dispersion or overshooting, thus it is applicable to the case whose Peclet namber or Courant number are larger than those applicable by conventional ADG method.
