摘要
针对实际过程控制系统中某些被控变量没有设定值要求只有区域目标约束要求这一特点,提出一种带有输出区域目标特性的多变量预测控制算法(ZMMPC).该算法根据区域目标约束条件的满足情况,将控制器的目标函数及约束条件划分为两种工作状态,使用基于逻辑的方法完成动态控制过程中目标与约束条件的切换.仿真实例结果表明ZMMPC不仅可以增加控制系统的自由度,而且可根据被控变量的优先权进行灵活设计,使复杂控制系统具有更好的动态和稳态控制品质.
A multi-variable model predictive control algorithm with output zone goals (ZMMPC) is proposed as some controlled variables have no set-point requests but only a zone constraint goal in the practical process control systems. ZMMPC partitions the cost function and constraint condition of controller into set-point control mode and zone control mode based on the satisfaction of the zone objective constraint condition, and fulfills the switching of the cost function and constraint condition by introducing logic indicator variables. Simulation results show that ZMMPC can not only increase the freedom of the control system but also is propitious to improve the dynamic control quality of the complex industrial system.
