Synthesis and characterization of poly(organophosphazenes)with amino acid ester and methoxyethoxyethoxy side groups

摘要 Poly(organophosphazenes)with amino acid ester and methoxyethoxyethoxy side groups were synthesized by the macromolecular substitution reactions of poly(dichlorophosphazene)with glycine ethyl ester or phenylalanine ethyl ester and sodium methoxyethoxyethoxide.The stepwise substitution reactions were monitored by ()31P NMR spectroscopy.The polymer products obtained were characterized by ()1H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR,ETIR and GPC. Poly(organophosphazenes)with amino acid ester and methoxyethoxyethoxy side groups were synthesized by the macromolecular substitution reactions of poly(dichlorophosphazene)with glycine ethyl ester or phenylalanine ethyl ester and sodium methoxyethoxyethoxide.The stepwise substitution reactions were monitored by ()^(31)P NMR spectroscopy.The polymer products obtained were characterized by ()~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,^(31)P NMR,ETIR and GPC.
