摘要
呼吸阀是油罐的重要的附件之一 ,其试验压力关系到呼吸阀的安全性和可靠性 ,在呼吸阀标准SY/T0 5 11- 1996《石油储罐呼吸阀》中规定阀体水压试验压力为 0 .2MPa ,而SY/T0 5 11- 1996《石油储罐阻火器》和老标准SY75 10 - 87《石油储罐呼吸阀》中规定阀体水压试验压力为 0 .9MPa。结合呼吸阀的结构特点 ,对QZF - 89型全天候呼吸阀进行压力实验 ,计算与分析结果表明 ,呼吸阀阀体水压试验标准为 0 .9MPa更为合理 ,为呼吸阀的设计及试验提供了一定的参数依据。
A pressure-and-vacuum vent valve is one of important adjuncts, which pressure testing relates to its security and reliability. The hydraulic pressure is regulated as 0.2 MPa in Standard SY/T0511-1996, while 0.9 MPa in Standard SY/T0511-1996 and Standard SY7510-87. According to the construction characteristic of pressure-and-vacuum vent valve in this paper, The pressure testing on all weather QZF-89 pressure-and-vacuum vent valve was made. The calculation and analysis indicated it was reasonable that the hydraulic pressure was set as 0.9 MPa, and some parameters for designing and testing of pressure-and-vacuum vent valve were provided.
