摘要
在生物酶前处理具有与碱前处理棉织物相近的润湿性和白度的基础上,对生物酶前处理棉织物的物理机械性能和服用性能进行了研究,认为生物酶前处理棉织物的撕破强力、顶破强力和耐磨性能优于传统碱前处理工艺,而且生物酶前处理棉织物手感柔软,悬垂性好,保暖效果显著.
The physical-mechanical properties and wear behaviors of the enzyme-scoured cotton fabrics were studied on the basis that the enzymatic pretreatment results in wettability and whiteness similar to those from basic pretreatment cotton fabrics. It was shown that the enzyme-treated cotton fabrics had tearing and bursting strengths and abrasion resistance superior to those of traditionally base-pretreated fabrics. Moreover, the enzyme pretreatment gave good handing and drapability, remarkable warmth retention.
