用DREF-Ⅲ摩擦纺多组分纬纱织造的织物风格特征

摘要 分析了3种用DREF Ⅲ摩擦纺多组分纬纱织造的平纹织物风格特征.3种纬纱组分分别为:粘包粘;PVA包无捻粘胶纱条;粘包PVA无捻纱条.经纱统一采用2合股纯棉纱线,分别织成织物后用热水将PVA溶解去除.性能测试结果表明,溶掉PVA表皮的无捻纱织物具有较高的拉伸强力、撕裂强力、折皱回复性和耐磨性;而溶掉PVA作芯的空心纱织物具有丰满、蓬松的结构和良好的耐压缩性能. The properties of plain woven fabrics made of DREF-Ⅲ yarns having staple viscose fibre core-sheath yarn, staple PVA-twistless viscose core component and staple viscose-PVA twistless core component in weft and 2-ply cotton ring-spun yarn in warp have been studied.Three different fabrics have been treated by solving staple PVA fibre. It is observed that the fabric made from twistless core component in weft shows very good tensile strength, tear strength, crease recovery and abrasion resistance, whereas the fabric with coreless yarn in weft shows bulky and compressible structure.
