摘要
本文以金属淬火冷却过程的连续过冷沸腾换热理论为基础,利用热分析和热结构耦合分析的有限元算法,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为分析工具,对45钢带台阶厚壁管类工件水淬过程进了计算机模拟,得到瞬态温度场、瞬态应力场以及残余应力场分布,并对计算结果进行分析.
In this paper, on the base of the boiling heat transfer theory of continuous cooling during the quenching process of metal, using finite element method of the thermal analysis and thermal-structural coupling and FEM software ANSYS to simulate quenching process of the thick-wall tube with step which material is middle-carbon steel. By means of computer simulation, we get the distribution of transient temperature field, transient stress field and remnant stress field. At last, we analyzed and compared the calculated results.
