摘要
研究了WC/钢复合材料在不同热处理条件下组织结构和硬度的变化,研究了热处理温度对材料高温磨损性能的影响。结果表明,WC/钢复合材料经1050℃淬火及480℃和640℃回火后具有较好的高温磨损特性。
Study and analysis is made of the transformation of the microstructure and the hardness of WC/steel composite material under different heat-treatment conditions.And effect of the heat-treatment temperature on high-temperature wearing character is also investigated.The results showed WC/steel composites material has good high-temperature wearing character when quenching at 1 050 ℃ and tempering at 480 ℃ and 640 ℃.
