摘要
从坡缕石提纯入手,用分光光度法进行元素分析,对坡缕石的酸溶动力学进行研究。实验结果表明:坡缕石酸溶反应中八面体阳离子溶出率取决于阳离子在矿物中的含量、酸溶反应本身活化能和离子扩散速度。其酸溶动力学宜采用圆柱体内扩散控制模型模拟,其浸出率x对反应时间t的关系可表示为(1-x)+xlnx=kt。在实验条件下坡缕石八面体阳离子Fe3+,Al3+和Mg2+酸溶反应表观活化能分别为11.4,9.5kJ/mol和16.6kJ/mol。
The kinetics of acid-dissolution of palygorskite purified from palygorskite clay was studied with elements analyzed by spectrophotometry. The results indicate that the leaching rate of each octahedral cation in the acid-dissolution reaction of palygorskite depends on mineral cation concentration, reaction rate and diffusion rate. The kinetics of acid-dissolution of palygorskite should be described with the cylinder model in which control is by inner diffusion. The relationship between leaching rate (x) and reaction time (t) can be represented as (1-x)+ xlnx=kt. The apparent activation energies of acid-dissolution reaction of Fe^(3+), Al^(3+ )and Mg^(2+) are 11.4, 9.5 and 16.6 kJ mol^(-1), respectively.
