摘要
本文从混流式水轮机导叶出口及轴流式水轮机转轮进口测流试验结果的分析入手,总结了导叶出口环量及流速分布的规律,分析了从导叶到转轮所经流道几何参数及形状对流速分布的影响,并进而提出了改变流道参数以改变流速及环量分布,改变叶片参数以适应该分布的新设计思路。
By analyzing the results from the flow measurements at the exit of Francis turbine guide vane and the entrance of axial flow hydraulic turbine runner, the authors summarized the distribution rules of the circulation and flow velocity at the exit of guide vane. The effects of the geometrical parameters and the shapes of the flow passage, through wicket gate to runner, on the distribution of flow velocity have been analyzed. A new idea of design has been proposed that the parameters of the flow passageway can be modified in order to adjust the distribution of the flow velocity and the circulation, and the parameters of the blade can be modified to fit in with the adjusted distribution.
