摘要
在500SN基础油中分别加入不同质量分数的HL 343,Hitec 343和Mobil 252三种复剂,配制成不同的油样·考察了这些油样的极压抗磨性能,探讨了添加剂的作用机理,进行了油样的烘箱抗氧化试验·结果表明:国产的HL 343复剂最大无卡咬负荷和烧结负荷较高,低载长磨磨斑小,主要原因是由于复剂在摩擦中游离出的活性磷元素生成了抗剪切强度很低的薄膜,减少了摩擦磨损·HL 343复剂烘箱抗氧化性能较好,综合抗磨性能优于Hitec 343和Mobil 252,完全可以取代进口同类产品·
The performance of EP(extreme pressure) and AW (anti-wear) of the gear oil 500SN in which the three additive compounds HL-343, Hitec-343 and Mobil-252 have separately been added was investigated to explore the mechanisms of those additive compounds with an antioxidizing test done in drying oven for the gear oil specimen. The results indicated that HL-343 in 500SN oil presents the highest P_B and relatively high P_D with little worn-out scar due to low load for long time, where P_B is the max. anti-sticking load and P_D the burn-off load. The main reason is discussed as that the active free phosphorous released from the compound HL-343 under friction will form a thin film with low shear strength to reduce frictional wear. The compound HL-343 has high antioxidizing performance in drying oven and comprehensive wearability which is superior to both Hitec-343 and Mobil-252. So, the domestic additive HL-343 can completely substitute for the similar imports.
