摘要
阐述遥感、地理信息系统和全球定位系统 (3S)技术在长江三峡地区的应用研究。通过多源、多时相、多种遥感数据图像处理、变化信息提取、土地分类等有效方法的研究与开发 ,实现及时、快速针对移民迁建实施过程中 ,有关土地覆盖 ,土地类型 ,土地利用特点、程度、结构、空间分布规律及其不同时段的动态变化等方面的遥感动态监测。为三峡移民开发 ,确保移民工程顺利进行和开发性移民区经济的可持续发展及决策提供阶段性的科学依据。遥感监测成果集中反映了目前移民工程土地利用。
This paper mainly discusses the application of RS, GIS and GPS technology in land use inventory and dynamic monitoring of settlement project in Three Gorges of Yangzi River. The region of the project is characterized by serial local features as complexities of geological and geomorphologic structures and changeable climate. By means of development of effective methodology in image processing with multiple data sources, temporal stages and image types, and also land use change information extraction and land use classification, the author succeeded in dynamic monitoring of land coverage, types, structures, spatial distributions and land use level in a short time. The results of the work provided a scientific base for land use decision-making and economic sustainable development of the developing region, and also showed the new level of land use monitoring.
